Return Eligibility

For safety and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging if applicable

We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders may be canceled or modified before the next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it may not be canceled.

Customers remain responsible for managing subscription settings prior to renewal.
